1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Service govern your use of justmoversinc.com and of the moving and related services provided by Just Movers Inc ("Just Movers," "we," "us," or "our"), a North Carolina household goods mover, NCUC certificate #C-3140, based in Raleigh, North Carolina. By using this site, contacting us, or booking a move, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the services.

2. Our services

We provide senior moves, local and long-distance residential moves, commercial moves, packing, and container and storage moves in and around the Raleigh and Durham area. Real estate brokerage services described on this site are provided separately by Jeremy Brayboy, North Carolina real estate broker, license #361905, with VRC Limited, and are governed by a separate written brokerage agreement, not by these terms.

3. Quotes, estimates, and booking

A quote request on this site, a phone call, or a text message is not a booking. Prices quoted on the phone or on the site are estimates based on the information you give us. The price, dates, and scope of a move are set out in the written estimate and the bill of lading or moving agreement you receive before the move. Where those documents conflict with these terms, those documents control for that move. Household goods moves within North Carolina are subject to the rules of the North Carolina Utilities Commission, including its rules on estimates, tariffs, claims, and the documents a mover must give you.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about the move: addresses, access, stairs and elevators, dates, inventory, and anything fragile, heavy, or unusual.
• Tell us before moving day about items that need special handling, and about anything we should not move. We do not transport hazardous materials, perishables, live plants or animals, or items of extraordinary value unless agreed in writing.
• Be present, or have an authorized adult present, at pickup and delivery.
• Use the site and our services lawfully, and do not interfere with or probe our systems.

5. Payment

Payment terms, deposits, and accepted payment methods are stated on your estimate or moving agreement. Unless stated otherwise, the balance is due at delivery. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are stated on the same document.

6. Claims and liability for your belongings

Our responsibility for loss or damage to your belongings during a move is governed by the valuation coverage you select on the bill of lading and by North Carolina Utilities Commission rules. Report any loss or damage to us as soon as you notice it and, in any case, within the time stated on your bill of lading. We will tell you how to file a claim. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under North Carolina law that cannot be limited.

7. Communications

When you contact us, we may call, email, or text you about your quote and your move. Calls to our business numbers may be answered by an automated phone assistant and may be recorded or transcribed so that we can quote and schedule your move accurately; we tell you at the start of the call where the law requires it.

Text messages (SMS)

Just Movers Inc sends one-to-one text messages about your quote and your move (estimates, booking confirmations, crew arrival windows, post-move check-ins, review requests, and answers to your questions) only to people who have opted in, either by checking the separate box on our website forms or by saying yes to the disclosure read on a call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at help@justmoversinc.com or (919) 264-8958. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase. 8. Site content

Site content, including text, photographs, design, and logos, is owned by Just Movers Inc or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without permission. Reviews shown on the site are from real customers and are shown as written; nothing on the site is a guarantee of any particular result or price.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties about the site, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Liability for the move itself is governed by Section 6 and by your bill of lading, not by this section.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, except where a claim about a move must be handled under North Carolina Utilities Commission procedures.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
