This Moving Services Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on this date of: (the "Effective Date"), by and between:

Just Movers Inc: A North Carolina corporation with a mailing address of 1405 New Bern Ave, Suite 130, Raleigh, NC 27610 ("Company").
Collectively referred to as the "Parties."
1. Description of Services
On the Effective Date, the Company will provide the following moving services (the "Services"):

The destination location is
("Delivery Address").
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the move, before unloading begins at the destination. Acceptable payment methods are: [cash, credit card, Venmo, Paypal, or Zelle].
Non-Payment: If full payment is not provided, the Company reserves the right to retain possession of the items until the payment is received in full. Additional storage or transportation costs may apply.
3. Claims for Damage or Loss
Reporting Damage: The Client must inspect items at the time of delivery and report any damage, loss, or issues in writing to the Company immediately upon unloading. Claims submitted after delivery must be made within 48 hours.
Claim Process: Claims must include: A description of the damage or missing item(s) and supporting photographs (if applicable).
Resolution Timeline: The Company will acknowledge the claim within 10 business days and provide a resolution or status update within 30 days.
4. Limited Liability
Released Value Protection: The Company offers limited liability of $100,000K unless the Client has opted for additional insurance coverage.
Client-Provided Insurance: The Client may secure additional moving insurance from a third party. Proof of such coverage must be provided before the move begins.
Excluded Items: The Company is not responsible for:
- Damage to items improperly packed by the Client.
- Loss of high-value items (e.g., jewelry, cash, or collectibles) unless declared and documented before the move.
5. Company Responsibilities
Materials: The Company will provide all necessary moving materials and equipment (e.g., dollies, blankets, straps).
Employees: The Company will assign trained personnel to complete the move. Substitutions may occur in case of emergencies.
6. Client Responsibilities
Preparation: The Client is responsible for ensuring all items to be moved are ready for transport.
Property Access: The Client must ensure adequate access to the pickup and delivery locations, including parking arrangements or elevator reservations.
Prohibited Items: The Client agrees not to include hazardous materials, firearms, or other prohibited items in the move.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of North Carolina.
8. Force Majeure
Neither Party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond their reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or severe weather).
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements or representations.
